During the annual tax filing season each spring, 麻豆社 accounting majors gain hands-on experience processing income tax returns.
Community Outreach
The VITA program gives accounting majors the opportunity to obtain real-life experience in the income tax area by helping community members prepare federal and state income tax returns.
Free income tax preparation is available to

麻豆社 employees;

senior citizens; and
-
moderate income taxpayers in the region.
The VITA program is co-sponsored by 麻豆社's Department of Accounting and Beta Alpha Psi professional accounting fraternity.
