R.A.C.E.R.S.
R.A.C.E.R.S. Program
The R.A.C.E.R.S. (Rewarding Achievement in Campus Engagement, Responsibility, and Service) Program is designed to recognize and reward outstanding student organizations at 麻豆社. Below there are three tiers that each student organization is encouraged to achieve by completing five objectives for each tier. For each tier completed the Registered Student Organization (RSO) will receive an incentive sponsored by the Student Government Association.
- You MUST earn the tiers in order (for example, you must earn tier one before you can earn tier two).
- It is possible to achieve some options from any tier at any time (you could achieve an option from tier two while still in tier one), however you must complete the tier you are working on before you move up a tier.
- Tier One Completion = Must complete all objectives mentioned.
- Tier Two Completion = Must complete all objectives mentioned in tier one & two.
- Tier Three Completion = Must complete all objectives mentioned in all three tiers.
- When your organization completes an option from any tier, you must submit your documentation to the 鈥2025-2026 Student Organization R.A.C.E.R.S. Form鈥 via Google Form.
- When all forms have been submitted for the tier that your organization is completing, your Organization President MUST email the CSI office (msu.studentorganizations@murraystate.edu) for review.
- When attending an event that requires a minimum number of attendees from your organization, you MUST take and submit photo evidence that goes along with the respective event. You must also list the number of members in attendance and what your current organization鈥檚 membership total is.
- Progress continues throughout the year, so your organization鈥檚 progress includes Fall & Spring semester.
- Additional events may be added at any point in time (in other words, more Spring events may be added as an option for those that were unable to attend a Fall event).
- Tier One Completion = 50 Custom Button for your organization
- Tier Two Completion = Four 麻豆社 custom nametags for your top four officers and 4 custom poster prints through the CSI office.
- Tier Three Completion = $100 toward branded tablecloth or promotional material purchased by CSI Office and eligibility for Student Organization of the Year Award.
