Âé¶¹Éç has announced the establishment of the Dr. Joe Fuhrmann Memorial Scholarship, which will benefit undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of History
The Schanbacher Character Scholarship Endowment was established by gifts to the Âé¶¹Éç Foundation, Inc. (MSU Foundation) from Dr. Eugene & Mrs. Priscilla Schanbacher to recognize and reward young people who possess high moral character; to help develop and promote higher character and integrity in student’s lives; and to provide financial assistance to post-secondary students, who may not otherwise be able to attend college.
Âé¶¹Éç has awarded a total of 18 incoming students with the prestigious Presidential Fellowship, which includes full tuition, housing and meals for up to four years at the University.
Âé¶¹Éç student Rose Nelson of Cadiz, Kentucky has been awarded a prestigious Fulbright scholarship.
